Supporting movement and recovery in Singapore since 2010

heal360 Physioclinic was established in Singapore in 2010 and later developed the heal360 brand to express a broader idea of care: understand the person as well as the problem.

Today, the clinic supports people at Tanjong Pagar and East Coast with physiotherapy and rehabilitation for pain, injury, surgery recovery, mobility, and active living goals.

Knowledge in the expertise. Care in the experience.

Head

Listen carefully, assess what matters, use sound clinical reasoning, and explain the plan clearly.

Heart

Treat each person with patience, dignity, and respect, and understand what recovery means in their life.

Forward movement

Connect treatment to practical goals and help people build the confidence and capacity to continue beyond the clinic.

You should understand and participate in your plan

Physiotherapy should not feel like something that simply happens to you.

We expect people to understand what has been assessed, ask questions, and know why an exercise, treatment, or activity change is being recommended.

Plans may include hands-on treatment, exercise, education, and self-management where appropriate. The mix depends on the person, presentation, and goal.

Who we work with

  • Working adults managing pain or recurring strain
  • People recovering after injury or surgery
  • Older adults working on strength, balance, and independence
