Discipline 01
Physiotherapy
Education, exercise, pain management, and appropriate hands-on strategies to support mobility and function within physiotherapy scope.
Joint360 · Joint health and osteoarthritis
Joint360 is a coordinated programme for people with osteoarthritis, chronic joint pain, and movement limitations. It combines relevant physiotherapy, progressive exercise, and nutrition support to help you move with more comfort and confidence.
Your starting point
Understand what your joint symptoms affect before the team recommends suitable next steps.
Who Joint360 may support
Joint360 may be relevant if aching or stiff joints are making walking, stairs, exercise, work, or daily routines more difficult. It can also suit people preparing for or recovering from orthopaedic surgery, where the team confirms that a programme is the right route.
Your first step
The assessment helps the team understand your starting point and recommend suitable next steps.
Joint360 begins with one 45-minute assessment atS$180 before GST.
The assessment helps the team understand what your joint symptoms affect and whether Joint360, standard physiotherapy, or another pathway is the better fit.
Christian Yan conducts the initial assessment and recommends whether your next steps should involve a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or a relevant combination. Overlapping concerns such as osteoporosis can be considered without a second programme assessment charge.
Your assessment identifies priorities before the relevant professional support is recommended.
Assess
Discuss your health, goals, current ability, connected needs, and relevant precautions.
Prioritise
Connected concerns can be considered together. Agree on priorities and identify the support that may be useful.
Connect
You may see one professional or a suitable combination. Not everyone needs all three.
One plan · coordinated roles
The exact mix depends on your assessment and the approved programme structure. Not every participant needs every discipline.
Discipline 01
Education, exercise, pain management, and appropriate hands-on strategies to support mobility and function within physiotherapy scope.
Discipline 02
Practical nutrition support for overall health and weight management where relevant, without promising that a particular diet will remove inflammation or reverse joint changes.
Discipline 03
Targeted strength, conditioning, and balance work intended to support joints, improve capacity, and reduce modifiable injury risks.
Safety and medical coordination
Joint360 does not reverse structural joint changes. Standard physiotherapy may still be the right starting point for a specific injury, a newly painful joint, or post-surgery rehabilitation.

Osteoarthritis is a core focus. The team should confirm whether your joint presentation is within scope. The programme does not claim to reverse structural joint changes.
Possibly, but post-surgery care needs a procedure-specific pathway and surgeon guidance. Ask the team whether Joint360 is suitable before surgery, after formal rehabilitation, or whether physiotherapy is the better first step.
Not necessarily. Dietetic support is included when it is relevant to your goals and delivered within the professional’s verified scope.
Christian can consider overlapping needs in the same initial assessment. Arthritis and osteoporosis do not automatically require separate Joint360 and Bone360 assessment charges.
No. It establishes your starting point and action plan. The team should explain any recommended sessions, schedule, and fees before you continue.
