Five programmes · different starting points

Find the programme that reflects what you want to work on

Five coordinated programmes with different starting points, supported by one shared assessment and recommendation process.

At heal360, we believe better health comes from looking at the whole person—not only a diagnosis or a single symptom.

Depending on your needs, your personalised plan may bring together physiotherapy, dietetic support, and exercise physiology, with medical input or clearance where required. The goal is to help you move better, build strength, manage pain, improve health, and stay active for life.

  1. 01

    Bone health and osteoporosis

    Bone360

Support bone health, balance, posture, and strength when osteoporosis or falls are a concern—so everyday movement feels safer and more confident.

  2. 02

    Joint health and osteoarthritis

    Joint360

Work on joint pain and stiffness, mobility, joint-friendly strength, and everyday activity when osteoarthritis is getting in the way of walking, stairs, or exercise.

  3. 03

    Muscle health and sarcopenia

    Muscle360

Build or maintain muscle strength, balance, and everyday independence when muscle loss, weakness, or deconditioning is making daily life harder.

  4. 04

    Support after oncology treatment

    BeyondOncology360

Rebuild strength, energy, mobility, and confidence after oncology treatment, with nutrition and exercise support shaped around medical guidance.

  5. 05

    Weight and metabolic health

    Metabolic360

Practical movement and nutrition support when pain, injury, or a chronic health condition makes weight and metabolic-health goals harder to sustain.

Your programme starting point

Your programme journey begins with one 45-minute initial assessment at S$180 before GST.

Christian Yan, Principal Exercise Physiologist, Head Health Counsellor, and Head Nutrition Coach, conducts the assessment, considers the health areas that may be connected, and recommends the appropriate programme professional or combination of professionals.

If your needs overlap—for example, osteoporosis and arthritis—the same assessment can consider both Bone360 and Joint360 needs. You pay one assessment fee, not two separate programme assessment charges.

Depending on the programme, it may include:

  • a review of your health, lifestyle, goals, and relevant concerns
  • a movement, mobility, balance, strength, or activity assessment
  • a nutrition review where it is part of the programme
  • discussion of any precautions, medical input, or clearance needed
  • a practical action plan and recommended next steps

Different expertise, one shared direction

Movement, strength, nutrition, confidence, health conditions, and everyday circumstances can affect one another. A programme makes the roles clear and coordinates them around the outcomes that matter to you. Not every participant needs every discipline or the same sequence of care.

Discipline 01

Physiotherapist

May assess pain, movement, mobility, strength, balance, injury, and rehabilitation needs within professional scope.

Discipline 02

Dietitian

May assess eating patterns, nutrition needs, barriers, and practical dietary changes relevant to the selected programme.

Discipline 03

Exercise physiologist

May guide safe, progressive strength, conditioning, balance, and activity based on the participant’s health, ability, and programme goals.

The programme pathway may involve a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or a relevant combination. Not every participant needs all three.

From assessment to a plan you can use

Start with one assessment, agree on your priorities, then continue with the professional support that is relevant to you.

  1. 1

    Assess

    45 minutes with Christian Yan

Discuss your health, goals, current ability, connected needs, and relevant precautions.

  2. 2

    Prioritise

    One plan shaped around you

Connected concerns can be considered together. Agree on priorities and identify the support that may be useful.

  3. 3

    Connect

    Relevant professional support

    • Physiotherapist
    • Dietitian
    • Exercise physiologist

You may see one professional or a suitable combination. Not everyone needs all three.

Progress should be assessed using measures relevant to the programme and participant—not weight or pain alone. The plan is adjusted based on response, safety, and real-life feasibility.

Is a programme right for me?

Programmes may suit people who value structured, coordinated support and are ready to participate actively. Suitability depends on your health, goals, risks, and the scope of each programme. Some people may need medical evaluation, clearance, or a different service first.

Programme questions

Do I have to see every professional?

No. Christian recommends the relevant professional or combination after the initial assessment. You may see a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or more than one of them depending on your needs.

What if my needs fit more than one programme?

They can be considered together. For example, a person with osteoporosis and arthritis may have one initial assessment that considers both Bone360 and Joint360 needs. The initial assessment charge remains S$180 before GST, rather than two separate assessment fees.

Are programmes the same as physiotherapy packages?

No. A programme is organised around a broader health goal and may involve multiple disciplines. Physiotherapy remains available as a standalone clinical service.

Is the S$180 assessment the full programme fee?

No. S$180 before GST is the fee for the 45-minute initial assessment appointment. That assessment may consider more than one related programme need, but it is not the fee for all subsequent programme sessions. The team should explain recommended next steps and their costs before you decide whether to continue.

Can I claim programme fees through insurance?

Coverage varies. Check directly with your insurer. The clinic should state clearly which documents it can provide and must not imply that a claim will be accepted.
