Discipline 01
Physiotherapy
Targeted exercise and guidance for strength, balance, posture, pain, previous injury, and falls-risk support within physiotherapy scope.
Bone360 · Bone health and osteoporosis
Bone health is about more than bone density. Bone360 combines relevant physiotherapy, exercise, and nutrition to support strength, balance, and confident everyday movement.
Your starting point
Understand your starting point before the team recommends suitable next steps.
Who Bone360 may support
Bone360 may be relevant if you have been told you have osteoporosis or reduced bone density, are concerned about falls or fractures, or want appropriate guidance on strength, balance, posture, and nutrition.
Your first step
The assessment helps the team understand your starting point and recommend suitable next steps.
Bone360 begins with one 45-minute assessment atS$180 before GST.
The assessment does not diagnose osteoporosis or replace medical assessment or bone-density testing.
Christian Yan conducts the initial assessment and recommends whether your next steps should involve a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or a relevant combination. Overlapping concerns such as arthritis can be considered without a second programme assessment charge.
Your assessment identifies priorities before the relevant professional support is recommended.
Assess
Discuss your health, goals, current ability, connected needs, and relevant precautions.
Prioritise
Connected concerns can be considered together. Agree on priorities and identify the support that may be useful.
Connect
You may see one professional or a suitable combination. Not everyone needs all three.
One plan · coordinated roles
The exact mix depends on your assessment and the approved programme structure. Not every participant needs every discipline.

Not necessarily. It may also suit some adults concerned about bone density, falls risk, strength, or maintaining independence. The team should confirm the programme’s approved eligibility criteria.
Not automatically. The exercise approach should be individualised. Some people may need to avoid or modify particular movements or loading.
Nutrition is part of the programme model shown in the current poster, but the exact sessions, professional role, and deliverables must be confirmed.
Christian can consider overlapping needs in the same initial assessment. For example, osteoporosis and arthritis do not automatically require separate Bone360 and Joint360 assessment charges.
