May address pain, movement retraining, mobility, previous injury, and strength when these limit activity or require clinical input.
Metabolic360 · Weight and metabolic health
Losing weight and improving metabolic health can be difficult—especially when pain, injury, reduced mobility, or a chronic medical condition stands in the way. Metabolic360 combines movement, exercise, and nutrition to create a sustainable approach.
Your starting point
Identify a realistic starting point before the team recommends suitable next steps.
Who Metabolic360 may support
Metabolic360 is designed for adults who struggle with weight because of pain, injury, or a chronic medical condition. It may also suit people working on overweight or obesity, prediabetes or diabetes, metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol, fatty liver, or weight regain—including those using medically supervised weight-management treatment.
Your first step
The assessment is intended to identify a realistic starting point, relevant precautions, and the professional support that may be useful.
Metabolic360 begins with one 45-minute assessment atS$180 before GST.
The assessment does not replace medical care for diabetes or other metabolic conditions. It helps the team recommend a realistic starting point and any precautions.
Christian Yan conducts the initial assessment and recommends whether your next steps should involve a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or a relevant combination. Pain, joint limits, or muscle-health concerns can be considered without a second programme assessment charge.
Your assessment identifies priorities before the relevant professional support is recommended.
Assess
Discuss your health, goals, current ability, connected needs, and relevant precautions.
Prioritise
Connected concerns can be considered together. Agree on priorities and identify the support that may be useful.
Connect
You may see one professional or a suitable combination. Not everyone needs all three.
One plan · coordinated roles
The exact mix depends on your assessment and the approved programme structure. Not every participant will need physiotherapy.

Health is more than a number
Our aim is to help you improve strength, fitness, mobility, metabolic health, and long-term lifestyle habits—not simply chase a number on the weighing scale. Weight does not measure effort, discipline, or personal worth.
