Discipline 01
Physiotherapy
Targeted strength and movement work when pain, injury, balance, mobility, or rehabilitation needs require clinical input.
Muscle360 · Muscle health and sarcopenia
Muscle loss can happen gradually and may go unnoticed until everyday activities become harder. Muscle360 is designed to identify and address reduced muscle strength, physical capacity, and functional performance.
Your starting point
Understand your current strength and capacity before the team recommends suitable next steps.
Who Muscle360 may support
Muscle360 may suit adults concerned about reduced strength, sarcopenia, frailty or pre-frailty, recurrent falls, deconditioning after illness or hospitalisation, or simply wanting to maintain independence as they age.
Your first step
The assessment establishes your current starting point and helps the team recommend an appropriate route into strength work.
Muscle360 begins with one 45-minute assessment atS$180 before GST.
The assessment helps the team understand your current strength, function, and nutrition needs. It does not replace medical assessment where that is required.
Christian Yan conducts the initial assessment and recommends whether your next steps should involve a physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, or a relevant combination. Connected concerns such as bone health or metabolic health can be considered without a second programme assessment charge.
Your assessment identifies priorities before the relevant professional support is recommended.
Assess
Discuss your health, goals, current ability, connected needs, and relevant precautions.
Prioritise
Connected concerns can be considered together. Agree on priorities and identify the support that may be useful.
Connect
You may see one professional or a suitable combination. Not everyone needs all three.
One plan · coordinated roles
The goal is not simply to become stronger. It is to make everyday life easier—from climbing stairs and getting out of a chair to walking confidently and staying independent. Not every participant needs every discipline.
