Kimberly – Clinical Pilates Instructor
Kimberly’s personal journey with spinal health fuels her passion for helping others move better. Diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age, she was encouraged to take up swimming to enhance spinal mobility and core control. Years of competitive training strengthened her foundation, but she eventually had to stop due to chlorine sensitivity. Later, during HIIT training, she sustained a lower back annular sprain that required 3–4 months of rest from high-impact activity.
Her recovery marked a turning point. Kimberly incorporated Pilates 4–5 times a week as part of her rehabilitation, experiencing significant improvements in lower back strength, mobility, and overall posture. This transformative progress inspired her to pursue formal training in Pilates.
Since obtaining her Pilates teaching certification, Kimberly has been a dedicated instructor since 2017. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, including pre- and post-natal mothers, seniors, individuals undergoing pre- and post-rehabilitation, and those seeking Pilates for general fitness, mobility, and body conditioning.
Today, Kimberly brings a compassionate, movement-focused approach to every session. Motivated by her own recovery from scoliosis and back injury, she is committed to helping clients build strength, improve mobility, enhance body awareness, and move with confidence through evidence-informed Pilates practices.
