I was looking for a physio clinic to treat my bunion pain after underwhelming results of podiatrist visits. Not a lot of physiotherapists offer this,... so I was glad to find a clinic. If you are looking for Physiotherapy in Singapore, this should be your go to place. My ankle health was quite poor owing to a fracture and I could... barely walk. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Probably should have written this earlier but sometimes when the rehab process is taking place, one... loses the sense of urgency to do so. My bad!Jingwen's patience, professionalism and pragmatism are truly outstanding. My hip, knee and shoulder issues have seen consistent, gradual and delightful improvements with her much-appreciated attentive ways, tips and advice. Never one to sugar-coat her words, her sincerity also enabled the corrective and strengthening process to be conducted in a realistic and purposeful manner. As long as one puts in the due diligence with the follow-up routines, and of course after her effective sports massage on the problematic areas, the road to recovery is not too distant away!There is light at the end of the tunnel after all and if I may, she is a godsend!read more

Had a great experience with Elaine. Was referred to her by a friend of mine who also suffered from frozen shoulder. She managed to help me cure my... frozen shoulder in 3 months. I have been having this pain for almost a year and had many issues with it but Elaine managed to help me recover from it with not just physio therapy sessions but also advise and exercises for me to do at home. She was also very cheerful and bubbly during all the sessions which made it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend her services to those who are looking for a good physiotherapist.read more

I went for 6 physio sessions with Heal360 and it has helped improved with my right shoulder pain and left ankle mobility.Newt, who was my... physiotherapist, was great. He was patient, attentive and understood the issues I had. He helped alleviated some of my shoulder pain and improve my ankle mobility by first assessing the problems and my posture, then massaging the affected areas and use ultrasound on my ankle. He also provided some exercises for me to do at home or at work which would help improve the situation.What's also good is that Heal360 does not do hard selling at all, so there's no pressure from them to ask you to buy more sessions.Would do a follow up check again next year.read more

Been visiting Heal 360 since a year ago due to persistent back issues - herniated disc and DDD on L4-L5.Things are in better control now due to... regular therapy.Physios Yvonne and Ann are caring, and patient during treatment and explaining stretching exercises (homework). They pay a listening ear when diagnosing problems before opting for the most suitable therapy for that session. I got excellent treatment at heal360. Went there after a knee surgery. I do heavy exercise (MMA), so it was very important for me to get back to 100%... as fast as possible. They did very well in making customized plans, constantly checking the status and adopting the exercises and I am 100% good again :). As a regular gym goer, I got to a point where I accidentally sprained my neck during weight lifting. I went to this clinic and they assigned a PT... (Elaine) who helped me for my recovery. She explained to me my case and demonstrated stretching exercises I needed to do so to avoid further potential injuries. I gained an increased awareness of my muscle state and have been improving my lifting routine by balancing weights and stretching exercises since the recurring treatments. I visited this clinic for the first time almost a month back, and with just only a couple of sessions in, I’ve seen visible improvements with my... shoulder pain and I’m very glad to see good results through physiotherapy as it’s my first time going through it.Elaine is kind, friendly and highly professional, and she addressed all of my concerns during each session. This is by far the best physio that you’ll visit in Singapore. I was initially very skeptical because my last physio was a waste of money. He would... spend 10 minutes with me and make me feel very awkward asking questions, and then give me a big bill to pay.Heal360 has been nothing short of amazing. The team here (Michelle and Elaine) are amazing! I had a severe back problem which I got from deadlifting too much weight and doing yoga. They identified the problem immediately and within two sessions the pain was gone.Now I visit them regularly each week because of their exceptional service, great knowledge of the body, and friendly environment.
